What LovePilot stores

LovePilot stores the account information and relationship details you choose to provide, such as profile information, partner preferences, important dates, reminders, notes, shared check-ins, and app activity used to provide the service. If you link with a partner, selected shared information is stored so it can appear for both linked accounts.

Optional device access

You can choose to let LovePilot access photos for “Memories from This Day,” calendars for date and reminder syncing, notifications for reminders, and Apple Health information for lightweight energy context. LovePilot requests access only when the related feature is used. Health access is read-only. You can change these permissions in iOS Settings.

LovePilot Assist and personalized ideas

When you use LovePilot Assist or request a personalized suggestion, the prompt and relevant relationship context may be sent to LovePilot’s cloud services and AI providers to create the response. Avoid entering information you do not want processed for that purpose.

Analytics and diagnostics

LovePilot uses Firebase services to operate accounts, partner linking, notifications, analytics, diagnostics, and feature improvement. This can include device identifiers, app interactions, coarse technical information, and diagnostic data. LovePilot does not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

Purchases

Premium purchases are processed by Apple. LovePilot receives subscription status and transaction identifiers needed to unlock Premium and share eligible access with a linked partner. LovePilot does not receive your full payment-card details.

Data retention and deletion

LovePilot retains information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and resolve transactions. You can permanently delete your account from Settings → Account & Privacy → Delete My Account. Some transaction records may be retained when required for financial, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes.

Your choices

You can edit saved details, unlink a partner, disable optional permissions, turn off notifications, sign out, or delete your account. Partner-shared information may also remain in the other partner’s account when they saved or created it independently.

Security and children

LovePilot uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No system is completely secure. LovePilot is not directed to children under 13.
